Colonial Living Room

Designed to be a welcoming and relaxing space, this living room mixes traditional and colonial elements. Lots of custom trim was applied to add visual interest and texture. Using a cool color palette with teal accents, the space still feels warm and inviting. So grab a blanket and cuddle up!

Coastal Dining Room

A showpiece of the home, this dining room was designed to be a place you’d like to linger. With everything you need close at hand, this is an entertainer’s dream. Coastal accents are featured in the décor, chair coverings and light fixture, which is reminiscent of an underwater sea creature.

Cozy Outdoor Patio

As the transition between the indoors and outside, this patio includes a dining room, sitting area and outdoor wet bar. With easy-to-clean and sun-protected surfaces, this space is a welcome spot for homeowners and guests alike.

Regal Master Bedroom

A perfect place to recharge, this master bedroom was designed with style in mind. The fireplace features two limestone lions flanked by split face quartz and marble surrounds. Custom millwork spans mantel to ceiling. Calming cool colors and horizontal lines make this a great place to unwind.

Transitional ‘Tween Bedroom

This space was designed to be a serene, cozy escape for a young adult. Soft textiles and clean lines serve as a perfect place for reading, hanging out with friends and doing homework. An oversized chair expands to a twin size bed to accommodate overnight guests.

Multi-Person Home Office

Mixing farmhouse and traditional elements, this multi-functional workspace has ample room for two or more people to collaborate. The custom built-in unit provides plenty of display and storage space – both visible and hidden.

Loads of Laundry Room

Although small on space, this space is not small on design. Double upper cabinets provide ample storage, and a custom drying rack above the sink is always at hand. Special care was also taken to hide the breaker panel and water shut-off valves. So feel free to wash, dry, fold and repeat any day of the week!

The Ultimate Guy’s Garage

From jam-packed & unorganized to sleek & masculine, this is the ultimate guy’s garage. With floor to ceiling cabinetry, every tool and supply has its place. A magnetic backsplash will ensure your notes are close at hand. Replacing the hot water heater, a tankless unit is quite compact and works more efficiently. The epoxy floors not only look great but are easy to keep clean.
